Typical of the Premier Inn. Good standard of room and good service. Brewster Fare next door with an excellent breakfast choice.

This place was good. Service is a little strict, compared to the other Premier Inns I've been. But slept well, and breakfast was as expected.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our room had no heating, had a strange smell and luke warm water to shower in. I have never had an experience like this in a Premier Inn before. When we told the woman working at reception, she proceeded to put a tiny heater in our room, which couldn’t regulate the temperature, so we were either boiling hot or freezing cold. When we asked if we could please have a different room, she very rudely told us that she had solved the problem so no we couldn’t have another room, even though there were rooms available (which she even admitted to).

Usual premier inn fair. Sadly the restaurant was closed for the evening meal.but the receptionist was very helpful.
Typical premier inn room, warm, clean and comfortable, with amazing beds. Next to a Brewers Fayre pub, we took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed a lovely dinner and big breakfast for less than normal price. There is a bus to Bristol from nearby which takes you on a lovely ride before the city.
