Great hotel that is 10 minutes walk from Portishead Marina. The staff were friendly & helpful & the room was clean & tidy. The only downside is that not all of the rooms have aircon. We will definitely stay here again.
Unable to reduce the room temperature lower than 19 degrees on the control, wifi was terrible struggled badly to even hint at being connected. Windows that were fixed closed, felt suffocated. Hardly enough staff in the adjoining pub, where the tables were dirty and sticky.
