I wanted to wash the car and the girl refused to sell the jet wash car because she said is too cold?Outside are 7-8 degrees, very sunny... so where is that cold? For your knowledge, water get frozen when is under 0 degrees.I wasted my time going to this location!

Fueling Experience:Multiple pumps: Numerous pumps cater to varying traffic volumes, minimizing waiting times.Fuel options: Choose from unleaded, diesel, and high-performance V-Power options.Cleanliness: The pumps and surrounding area were clean and well-maintained.Shop and Amenities:Essentials covered: The shop stocks a decent selection of snacks, drinks, car care products, and even essentials like bread and milk.Hot food: Enjoy freshly made hot food like hot dogs and pasties for a quick bite on the go.Clean restrooms: The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, a crucial plus for any petrol station.Overall Impression:This Shell station offers a convenient and hassle-free fueling experience for Bristol drivers. Its strategic location, ample parking, and clean facilities make it a reliable choice for topping up your tank. While the shop might not be the most extensive, it covers the essentials and even offers hot food options.

The toilets (Mens) were in a horrible state. Ingrained grime on the wet floor.A mop bucket with dirty, smelly water in it. Dirty urinal needs a bottle of bleach at least.Sticky door handles...I did not take pictures because I did not want to touch my phone after touching the door handle. Yuck! The EV charging point was fine, took a while to get going. Only got 55kw out of what is billed as "up to" 150kw.Note in the picture, three of the 6 charge points had cables that looked like spaghetti twisted around a fork.Nonetheless, (what kind of person uses that word on a post). Anyway, 3 attempts at getting the charge going, used 3 different stations and 40mins later we were on our way.I think I would only use this place if I was desperately needing a charge.Facilities were lacking and the staff lacklustre.Sorry, but it is true.

Awful service from th duty manager (lady long hair, older, smoking rather than helping when we had a problem with fuel bill.)Someone paid for my fuel by accident. Usman tried to sort it out but couldn'tHad to wait for the manager who was smoking and on the phone outside. I had to just wait.To be spoken to like an idiot, told to get cash as they could t charge me. I explained I didn't have the code for the card I wanted to tap for it. Asked if I couldn't pay for my fuel.I explained the chap Usman had let someone else for my fuel and I wanted to pay.Awful awful service. Lady manager was so so rude. Needs an attitude change. She charged me £50.09 for chewing gum and refused to write on the reciepy it was for fuel.

5/6 of chargers not working. 3 say they’re working, but aren’t. 2 know they’re broken. This would never be considered acceptable in petrol pumps.

4 of 6 chargers not working. Staff can't even be bothered to put a sign on them saying out of order. Call shell and they claim it's my car that's the problem. Except every other car has the same problem. Useless. And the toilets are filthy!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Samuel working at Shell petrol station on Friday night (22/04/2022). I had never been to Bristol before, was completely lost late at night, and my phone had died. He very kindly let me use his charger and I eventually managed to find my way, then refused my offer of a reward for his kindness, saying helping someone in need was his reward and that he would help anyone who needed it. It may seem like a small thing, but it really helped me out when I needed it, so a thank you is the least I can do and to say that I wish there were more people out there who made such small acts of kindness. Both Shell and Bristol are very lucky to have Samuel. Thanks again mate.
