I would like to give a massive thank you to the staff that were working at the station Monday 17th April especially the lady who's name I didn't get she went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation I had got myself into even so getting in my car and directing me to the place I needed to be what a lovely lady I can't thank her enough
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Samuel working at Shell petrol station on Friday night (22/04/2022). I had never been to Bristol before, was completely lost late at night, and my phone had died. He very kindly let me use his charger and I eventually managed to find my way, then refused my offer of a reward for his kindness, saying helping someone in need was his reward and that he would help anyone who needed it.
