Dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty counter. Staff no interested at all. Ground floor tables full with teenagers charging the phone and using the toilet. WiFi was ok and coffe was decent, but terrible Starbucks standards, this is not what it used to be. Won't ever return here.

We came to Starbucks for a coffee before heading to the train station. Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were quite immature and rude, when we asked them to wipe the table they laughed and were generally more interested in messing about with each other. Also my coffee was below standard, couldn’t taste the coffee at all (dirty chai latte) and no attention to detail. Not the experience I usually get at Starbucks.

I had an interview today, arrived by train and stopped to grab myself a drink for it. After selecting a small the lady who served me on finding out I had a free drink reward offered me to change the size to a large one. I said sure, why not and made a joke that I hoped I liked it as I'd never tried it before she then said if I didn't they'd happily make me another drink instead. This interaction while small probably in this lady's day really brightened mine. The drink (strawberry acai) was lovely and I would order again. I should add while this only refers to one lady the rest of the crew working midday 28th march all seemed just as lovely and upbeat.

They are so awfully slow in here. You can’t wait 10 min for a coffee at pick time ( 8:30 am) In London you get your coffee in 2 min!

Spiced pumpkin season....yum! Service....LONG queue...2 staff were having a chat whilst writing some date labels....should have done labels later and helped to serve the long queue. One person took orders, 1 to 2 made drinks...pretty quick considering non stop orders for them.... Although those behind us we're obviously friends of staff so got served before us in the end.... hhhmmmm......Water tap left running the whole time...guess Starbucks didn't hear there's a drought declared in the Southwest/don't care about wasting water.... "So-so" experience overall....

Some of the best customer service I've come across in a while. Really helpful, engaging staff.

Pretty terrible experience, there was quite a large queue and when I got to the cashier and handed over the sandwich I wanted toasting they told me it would not be possible as the oven is broken. It would have been helpful to have a sign mentioning this so I didn't have to wait around for no reason, especially as 90% of the sandwich selection are ones that require to be heated. Wouldn't go back.

Carly, Charlie and Ethan were amazing!!! They’re the best staff I’ve ever come across in a fast cafe. I had meetings to get to but still made my experience amazing. These guys are the best employees and I would recommend giving them a bonus or raise.

Girl on the counter taking orders was very rude and abrupt.\\nThe guy making the coffees was a bit better.\\nThe store was dirty, rubbish overflowing from the bins. There were no serviettes and no milk out on the communal table.

I travel every week from Bristol Temple Meads station. Every time I go to Starbucks they don’t have something. First, they couldn’t make two of the drinks from the menu, the two next times I went they did not have oat milk. Coconut milk neither. Another time they didn’t have the syrup I wanted. I went again, and they did not have ice. The following week still no ice.\\n\\nI am not trying to sound entitled, I too work at a coffee shop and the pressure to have everything available on the menu is massive. And I can’t have hot drinks due to an issue with my mouth.\\n\\nI just want a coffee for my 2 hour long journey. And if you don’t have a certain thing please take down the board that advertises it.\\n\\nI genuinely never been to such a TERRIBLE coffee shop before.

I've just ordered from this Starbucks and I asked if I had enough time to get a coffee before my train which was in 8minutes.\\nI'm not sure what his name was, but the barista was so lovely and got it made within 2minutes.\\nWould definitely recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived here 30 minutes before my train and still had to leave without my drinks, that I paid for. 30 minutes for 1 latte and 2 teas. 30 MINUTES! The slowest, laziest staff you will ever meet, you can see on their faces they don't care at all about the customers who are trying to catch trains.\\n\\nAvoid this place like covid. Pure trash.

It's great to have coffee places in the station.\\nGood selection of drinks and seasonal options available.\\nThe only and BIGGEST issue is staff: lack of enthusiasm and slow service.\\nDon't feel like they had there festive or any joy today in themselves..\\nShame.

It has just taken 15 mins to get a coffee. They should not be accepting mobile orders if it means unacceptable waits for people in store.

The place is fine, decent seating upstairs and good wifi so useful if you are between trains as it is very close to Bristol Temple Meads
