We were there before opening, visibly waiting whilst they were smoking outside at the front, and the moment they open, two vehicles that turn up after us for drive-thru are prioritised, and we're stood waiting even longer. They made no acknowledgement that they made us wait, but otherwise, the customer service was fine, and the coffee was perfect Starbucks coffee. Would have been happy with a "sorry about the wait", but no. I was disappointed especially as every other Starbucks I've visited, the customer service has helped me justify the premium price.

It's your typical Starbucks - what more can I say? Unfortunately, the staff were brusque to the point of being rude when we went there - I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were having a bad day, but it was rather uncomfortable. Well located as a pit stop and there's even the opportunity to sit outside, which is lovely (though don't expect an amazing view!).At the time of writing (September), there are all the pumpkin spice and autumnal offerings which always feels exciting!Dietary restrictions: They always have gluten free and vegan options, and a choice of four non dairy milks.
