It's an amazing venue, a great bar with really good variety, and has been a local hangout for me for years. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the downstairs it's an incredible venue, and I've had some of my best nights out down there, but recently, it's been really high entry fees to get in which makes it much less populated downstairs and really takes away from the vibes, I completely understand that this is to pay the artists properly but I feel like a percentage of the downstairs...read full review

Bar staff remember my drink order and consistently serve me with a smile. Last week I had a little conundrum as I had left my belongings in the establishment after closing time. The young dark haired lady went out of of her way to assist me in my darkest hour and wished me well on my journey. Should definitely get a pay rise and/or bonus. 10/10 experience would come back.

I love it here and I have been coming here for 3 years, but today my friend got turned away for not having an English ID. She had a legitimate ID for another country but she go denied because it wasn't English. They also turned away the girl behind us for having a Mexican ID saying its new rules. With a city full of international students, this is very problematic and alienates international students. This needs to be addressed.
