Booked the Grace for a work Christmas do, having never been before and the service from start to finish was flawless. From the moment I booked with deposits they were so helpful and then the level of good service continued when we had the meal itself. The mulled wine was the best I've had, the 3 course meal was delicious - couldn't fault it and then the Christmas cocktail was the cherry on top! Been using this pub for years. Lovely pub, staff, ale and food. For me their customer service is first class. Their flexibility around the showing of big TV events is amazing. It's never too much trouble and they always go out of their way to accommodate my request. Always friendly, a few laughs and going the extra mile to make your visit special. Can't recommend enough. Will be back again and again. Thank you for all that you all do.

Excellent service from friendly and helpful team. Beautifully cooked and presented dishes with some creative and tasty combinations in the 'Iittle plates' section of the menu. Don't miss the triple cooked chunks on the side, they're lovely. The Grace catered effortlessly with a table of 9 that included a mix of vegetarians, vegans and a coeliac.
