I dropped in without a booking and was made to feel really welcome. The person with me said how he would recommend it to his friends locally. He could tell and appreciate the difference between the Sri Lankan cuisine and the more northern Indian food he would have enjoyed otherwise.It's well worth a visit. Ordered the chicken biriyani and it was very nice and the chicken was nice and soft but there was one negative which was that it was very oily but still nice. Service was nice and friendly staff. Atmosphere was great it was an open kitchen which was nice aswell. The smell was great because of the open kitchen which was also great. I recommend giving this place a go.

We had a wonderful morning at one of cookery courses run by the manager Sam who was very interesting and interested in us. A wealth of knowledge and great patience. Sam was generous with his time and the amount of food. Highly recommend the cookery course -we ended up sharing the ample food with our family. The dishes were delicious and we will be back to sample more of the food in the restaurant. Look forward to spending time at the Rangala hotel in Sri Lanka in March .
