I haven’t eaten but been many times & most recently for the amazing Bristol Jazz Festivsl on a Sunday morning at 11am the atmosphere was electric & and by midday the place was rammed. All the staff have always been friendly & professional. Fantastic venue, always easy find parking too…

We do like the Tobacco Factory as it is a great place to meet and we have been very regular customers for over 15 years. However, on the last few occasions the attitude of the staff has been in some cases bordering on rude / ignorant, and customer service has gone out the window. On two occasions we had to chase our coffee order. Several people served up to 15 minutes after us in the queue for coffees being served before us! Booked a table and friendly staff, the food was good with some of the best halloumi fries I've had. Sadly our visit was let down by a number of ingredients being out of stock, so no side salad or... Ketchup? The mushroom burger was also disappointingly served on a bun that wouldn't have looked out of place on a McDonald's value burger!
