“Really impressed with our Sunday roast. Had heard good things recently so decided to give it a try and wasn’t disappointed. Great menu with lots of options even on a Sunday. Trio roast and beef roast both great. Extra gravy for each plate and nice bowl of veg for the table.

“First visit to The Rising Sun. Why haven't we been before!? We both had Sunday lunch and it was beautiful, even brought some home. Staff all very welcoming and professional and a very pleasant atmosphere in the pub. Will certainly be back.”

“Came here for a catch up breakfast with a friend for Christmas. Food was lovely, but even better was the service from Angie. She made the experience even better with her lovely smile and radiant personality. We felt completely taken care of. She is a credit to the company and deserved recognition for her exemplary customer service. Get her training everyone in the company!”

“We had the most fabulous, delicious supper last night. The food was incredible and a great choice of dishes. Service by the staff was excellent, they were so knowledgeable, kind, polite and friendly. All very good at their jobs.
