Everything I want a cafe to be. The ingredients are local (took a moment to realise that "m" on their food map meant metres, not miles, which gives an idea of how local much they use is) and universally great quality, and every dish and drink surprising us by how good it was - from the kids' cheese toasties to the more elaborate 'big bowl' and whole array of cakes, each one surprising us by how good it was, despite our expectations getting higher each time. Even the little details are spot on: the lovely glasses and metal straws, the comfy big seats, the attentive and knowledgeable service. So while at first glance it might seem a little pricey, it's well worth every penny, and more. No notes whatsoever, just please keep doing what your doing.

Favourite cafe! I now have friends that always ask to go to the ‘toastie cafe’ every time they visit! (Their toasties are the best) staff are amazing and atmosphere is lovely! Perfect place for a spot of lunch or a take away coffee!

Today was our first visit and we absolutely loved it. My husband had the CPK brunch roll and I had the maple and bacon French toast - both were so delicious and surpassed our expectations. Really friendly welcome and amazing food - we will be back!

Very friendly family run cafe. Absolute gem discovered on chance to National Trust visit to Stowe looking for lunch places, this food not disappoint. Was very busy as we got there for lunch, but worth the wait. Organised waiting system. Owner very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, very fresh had the toasted sandwich and beetroot latte, husband had bacon and sausage roll. Cannot fault the food. Will be back next time we are visiting Stowe there will only be one place we have lunch and it will be Cornwall Kitchen ??Monica

Ordered the bacon French toast. Not sure how this can be called French toast! Soggy bread roll, too much maple syrup, not great and not what I expected. Would not order again.

A fantastic brunch place with nice staff and a lovely atmosphere. I had the bacon and maple French toast and it was one of the best I've ever had. Great prices, great venue - would highly recommend!

Always a treat to visit here. Food is always excellent and staff really friendly and helpful. Love the local ethos and the blackboard showing how many miles all the produce has travelled. Problem is I'm always to full to have a cake!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly plates, straws and cutlery provided!

A quiet but friendly place. Really good egg bowl vegetarian options - excellent taste balance with the salsa / pickled slaw. Super smoothies, good coffee and muffin too. Puppycino for the dog even. Sustainable cups and bamboo loo roll. Nice walk after along the riverbank. Sunday morning sorted!
