The Domino's restaurant in Buckinghamshire spilled my chicken wings all over the floor. After a while, they gave me a "new" set. Just look at this damaged packaging box. Does it look new to you? I trusted them, and now I've been in the bathroom for half an hour.

just one person takes regular orders, organises online orders, cooks and packs pizzas, takes to non stop phone calls and organises delivery drivers. Howwww do you make it to one person Domino’s pizza ?? I had to wait a lot .

Absolutely awful delivery service.I received my pizza burnt and it seems to of been dropped on the floor.They offered to deliver another in 45 minutes time or credit for another pizza. They eventually offered a refund after asking for it instead of credit but still it’s very disappointing.

Ordered a pizza, garlic bread and a drink via the app. Waited an hour and it finally arrived (cold). I received potato wedges instead of a garlic bread so I phoned up just to be met with “if you ordered online we can’t do anything about it”! Terrible service. Will just go to direct pizza company from now on. Much better service there

Just ordered thin pizza with extra ham and pineapple absolute disgrace minimal ham and pineapple, and it’s dry unlike the weather!!!!

Don’t usually have a problem but yesterday the app was behind schedule so didn’t know when it was actually arriving. After an hour it showed up but wasn’t cut. Dip missing and dough balls were over cooked.

Marketing triumphs over reality. Poor quality pizza , supermarket own label better. Overpriced (even with 2 for 1 deal) served by people who appear to live in another world (serving pizza to customers in Buckingham they do not). Just do not get me started on the app!

Slow service constantly, don’t trust the app for collection/delivery times it’s never ready on time. Staff don’t give a monkeys when orders are wrong. Louis pizza delivers, better pizza and price and delivery, GO TO LOUIS INSTEAD

Hair in the pizza .. I found hair in the first bite. disgusted and will never order again! took it back and got the refund but am going to report them to council as they are not wearing their hair net properly and too many people making pizza in a small area

When it did finally arrive it was as they said old, cold pizza.More fool me, I ordered again from here and its been over an hour. The app says its been delivered and they are not answering the phone; this truly is the last time.
