I was feeling a bit adventurous and decided to take a solo date to McDonald’s. One thing led to another and I found myself feeling awfully embarrassed as I did not understand the app. However, despite this a lovely young lady by the name of Tori working at the tills sorted it out for me and explained everything beautifully. I was ever so grateful and I had a lovely time with delectable food. Looking forward to coming again.

Really great quick meal, and really budget friendly for somebody not looking to spend a fortune on a big meal out. The food is very nice and comes out very quickly, and this restaurant also offers table service. This McDonald's is particularly good because during peak times, their restaurants can get very busy, but this has 2 floors so there is always somewhere to sit. It also has a lift for people in wheelchairs to get upstairs. Would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a cheap meal out.

This McDonalds was very busy. Small car park and not easy to manoeuvre around due to the drive-through traffic. There is nowhere to park for pick-up orders.Inside very busy and small area to collect/wait for food.Unfortunately all of our order wasn't packed either so do check before you leave.

Still waiting for order number 005 as I’m writing this message. 15 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. When I complain the guy tells me he’s going to make it now. This isn’t peak time either, there’s one other person here. Smh. 15 staff members and can’t even get food. Fantastic fast food.Update - have the food and the burgers cold

Ordered a delivery, got fries and drinks but no burgers!! Website says to call uber eats as their deliveries are fulfilled by them but absolutely no help. Just got a very rude woman called Issa who was no help at all. Very annoying as you can't contact restaurant at

Food was nothing like the pictures, taste bland and nothing really to recommend it. This McDonald's in general, nothing especially bad about the Bicester one, other than the small car park and difficulty in getting out with all the traffic coming from Tesco over the road.

Do MacDonalds actually interview and train their staff, or just grab anyone off the shelf able to stuff a burger in a bag?!. Suggest you get ‘Jim’ some customer service training as a matter of urgency - totally unacceptable aggressive and confrontational behaviour. Not a chance I will ever return to this place.

Constantly have missing items when ordering a delivery. Cucumber and fruit bags have been mouldy, several times no dips. And adjusted items (burgers) due to allergys have come with no adjustments. I understand that you are a very busy fast food place but getting orders right should be top priority. Most times delivery arrives cold (1 delivery person even walked to my house from the restaurant, maybe need to vet the delivery people a bit better)Dietary restrictions: Don't recommend as when you edit a burger it sometimes comes without the edit

Food ordered through the app and delivered to the table. Very efficient and not too long of a wait.It's a shame that the car park is so small and the crossing from the tesco car park is limited.
Visited yesterday and today early evening. Yesterday the fries could have done with leaving in the fryer a bit longer. Today the fries tasted like they had been kept warm since lunchtime.

Decent service from certain members of staff. The lift wasn't working when l went, I pressed the button and after 3 minutes the doors hadn't opened ?. It's only 1 floor to go not 10!. Fillet-O-Fish was very ordinary and just about warm. My fries were warm. The vanilla milkshake wasn't how it should taste and l'm not sure if the recipe was fiddled with but it used to be unbelievably yummy. The downstairs disabled toilet had no toilet paper and was dirty. No soap in the soap dispenser. Overall it was one of the worst experiences at Maccies. It's expensive not not worth it!

I'm personally not a big fan of the food and I dont think it's healthy in anyway. But keeps my kids happy and they seem to enjoy it. Although I do like their mango and pineapple smoothie.Parking: Limited parking due to size of car park, but found space easily.

got a takeaway to eat in my car. and as soon as i got to my car to eat the food. no longer than 3 minutes from getting my food and it was freezing cold. the chips were damp like they had been covered in water. the burger was definitely not up to the standard i am used to at mcdonald’s.
