I have to say the pizza here is fantastic! The pan base is absolutely perfect crispy on the bottom fluffy in the middle. When we order from here we always know there will be no waste or leftovers, and with a very fussy lot to feed that’s a major achievement!

Absolutely disgusting service now. Why have a tracker if it doesn't work, it said 'food has arrived'...waited 5 minutes...nothing....called 'he's on the way now'....waited 10 more minutes...called again...'he's on the way, please wait 10 minutes'...when it did FINALLY arrive the boxes were crushed so badly the pizza boxed had popped open, was the driver sitting on them to keep them warm?I don't know what has changed there in terms of staff or management lately but it sucks, this will be my last order.

Don’t order from here. We got delivery and it never came. When I called the restaurant to inquire about it I got a rude male staff member who immediately began raising his voice and talking over me. I tried telling him I was waiting outside the entire time waiting for our food, no one ever pulled up, and no one ever called. The man on the phone wasn’t allowing me to talk. He began yelling over me saying that my phone wasn’t working, then saying I didn’t put in a valid address, when we never had any issues before. He didn’t offer to bring it back and said I could try to get a refund if I wanted. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Go to Dominos

Useless service. They charge extra 2£ for delivery and the food arrived 45 min late than ETA. Pizzas were an already cold. Ordered for Last time. Better avoid.
Terrible customer service. Ordered online for delivery, didn't arrive when expected despite the website saying it had been delivered. So called them, an extremely unhelpful man told me he had tried to call me to say that some of our toppings weren't available..... didn't receive any calls and he said there must be a network error. Despite the fact I called him on my phone but fine. Why didn't they email me, why did the website say it had been ordered?? Anyway eventually got our food an hour late and it whilst one of our pizzas was fine the other wasn't the correct order. Terrible

Waited 90 minutes for a phone call saying I won’t be getting my delivery due to driver not being able to find my address, I now have to wait 10 working days for a refund, the way they spoke to me was as if they didn’t give a dam, they are as much use as a chocolate tea pot!
