1st time at this Lovely venue. The food was great and only had soft drinks.Downside was that there was 6 items added to our bill that we did not have - 3 extra soft drinks and 3 alcoholic drinks totalling just over £20. Advise checking your receipt thoroughly before paying.We won't be dining there again.

Very nice meal but not outstanding. I find Prezzo over expensive for the type of food. Also, I don't like restaurants to automatically add tips to the bill, I decide if I want to tip, and by how much. I appreciate waiters are on a low wage, but so am I. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was comfortable. We would go again, but sparingly.

I came here with some friends for a catch up dinner and few drinks. The service was good as was the food . Nice selection of drinks and freshly made pizzas. The calzones were a bit disappointing with really thick and doughy edges and top thin tops with way to much garlic. The insides were tasty though. Some of the mains are expensive for what you get but we were happy for the price we paid . The waiter was good at taking orders but couldn't remember who had what when he brought it back to the table even when one of us asked for cutlery and two of us had started eating !!!. Felt a bit rushed towards the end of the meal as most people had left and a staff member stood out the exit door having a cigarette which was visible. The location is good on the high stree walking distance for parking and other public houses if you want to carry on drinking .

excellent service and experience! my friends and i went down to prezzo to celebrate a birthday and it was a truly memorable experience thanks to james! i had never eaten there before but will definitely go again. James was a catalyst in our excellent experience being both patient and accommodating, helping us to decide what foods to eat. We had a great birthday celebration and when James sang along for the song it was truly the icing on the cake of a wonderful experience. James is a great member of staff and maintained a positive attitude showing an interest in creating the perfect night for the birthday girl. Thank you James for your kindness and we will be back soon! you’re an asset to prezzo!

We often eat at our local Prezzo and it never disappoints. The manager, James always makes sure we have a fabulous experience and the food is consistently terrific. It’s great for our kids as it’s a relaxed atmosphere and they always look forward to visiting. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose fromKid-friendliness: So relaxed and we never feel like our three young children are a botherDietary restrictions: A huge gluten free menu which is much appreciated

Very abrupt bordering on rude service from manager. Service was quick and polite. Food was ok. Chilly environment and when I mentioned it to staff the reply was 'its an old building' . I'm sure turning up the heating would help. Expensive place for what you get and they tried to overcharge. Prices on bill were more than menu. When challenged they had no real explanation except its the company policy!? No atmosphere and the place was nearly empty when it shouldn't be for time of year. Probably due to being cold, expensive and an abrupt manager. Wouldn't recommend and definitely Wouldn't go back.

Prezzo has amazing food and drink for all. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was outstanding. Thank you for a great experience. The staff were also amazing and really helpful

Not the best welcome no such thing as meet and greet ,wanted to sit outside as friend not good ,look on waitress face wasn't happy to serve outside as on her own ,why have tables out side! ,and do i need to know that she is on her ,own, i don't need to know anything about how her day is going ,ordered garlic bread sharing platter ,arrived as a child portion waitress said she would happily get another ,but it was not pointed out there would be a charge so two child portions cost £15.00 ,apparently the garlic sharing platter cant be stretched,? not sure what that means as i believe the idea of pizza is to throw it about and stretch it ,i had a chicken Alforno again very much portioned controlled but was tasty ,not that the waitress would know as we never saw her again overall bad service wondering if its changed hands ,

Food was very, very poor - paid almost £18 for a burger that was drenched in a soupy liquid, and the pasta was completely bland and tasteless. Service was very poor, as the manager was rude and ignored me while I was speaking to her directly. Very disappointing.
