I have been here few times and the attitude of staff just amuses me. Rude and cold! I am convinced that the grand junction is not very keen on having non white guests!Food- for the price one pays, it needs to step up the quality and portion. A Margherita with 30% less cheese is a Red Flag for any restaurants!Chicken wings - it was goodAbsolutely disappointing!

Talk about a single, friendly face changing your whole day…I was visiting Buckingham yesterday lunchtime (Sunday March 24) and needed to get a taxi (I had just got off the bus).Not seeing a taxi rank anywhere I walked in and asked where I could find one. A lovely woman called Claudia immediately presented herself, cheery and genuinely welcoming, asking if she could help.I explained I was looking for a taxi and without missing a beat she said “I’ll call one for you!!! During the 20 minutes it took for the taxi to arrive, she kept checking and reassuring me it was on its way.It may not sound much but to a stranger in a strange town, her welcome and immediate offer to help could not have been MORE WELCOME!!!!!!??????Thank you! I cannot tell you how much it was appreciated!!!!

Unfortunately I have had bad food experiences each of the three times I've been. The chicken burger was beyond dry, the beef burger bland and the fish and chips fairly average.The staff are great and accomodating, but that isn't enough to enhance this below par eating experience.Kid-friendliness: Staff very good with kids!

The best place for food and/or drinks in Buckingham! The food is always delicious and the service is welcoming and efficient. Can't recommend enough!

We went for breakfast as a party of 4. The full English was the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The restaurant is beautiful, the service was fantastic, and the quality of the food was exceptional. This will definitely be our new ‘go to’ restaurant.

Disappointing experience. We arrived at 4pm and ordered a main course, coffee and one dessert. We were the only ones in for food and the whole service took 2hrs. The staff were only interested in making and tasting the specials menu for the week ahead. When we told our waitress that we were disappointed with the service she dismissed this saying that they needed time to prepare and taste the specials. But surely not at the cost of paying customers.
