Went a couple of days before Christmas. Good service, the menu is a bit fancy considering it’s a local pub and the food was okayDietary restrictions: Coeliac and nuts/fish all catered for.

On our visit to the Boot for Xmas lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly owner. Our table for 8 was infact a very good table and the atmosphere was also really good all round. The only let down was the actual Xmas Dinner. The turkey was excellent, but no roast potatoes, pigs in blankets or parsnips. The veg we did get were over done. But saying that. In all fairness to the owners. It was the first time they had EVER done a Xmas day lunch. We have eaten here previously and everything was spot on and will definitely return but not for Xmas Dinner.Parking: Next to the pub itself.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the pub is good for wheelchairs.

Went here for Xmas lunch from thier Xmas menu. Didn't really rate the Xmas food. The regular food menu looked better. Would return to try their normal. Menu but wouldn't return for an Xmas

Went here for a birthday meal. The good was divine! Only downside to the food was the baileys creme brulee didn't taste of baileys at all! Staff were lovely and attentive. Pub nicely decorated for Christmas. Tables packed closely together - not sure how wheelchair friendly it would be.Parking: Not lots of space in the carpark when busy.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and options to select high chair when booking online.

We've often passed by and seen a full catpark. We decided to venture on and was not disappointed. Service and welcome by staff was exceptional.First we had a drink - great selection and reasonable price compared to others. We then decided to have a bite to eat - some starters, sides and a burger to share. It was great and great value.Comfortable atmosphere and niw another firm favourite.Definitely feeling spoilt for selection of great (not good but great) places to relax and eat if you're in the area between Bledlow and Thame

Nice place, good service, decent food. Good atmosphere as well with people at the bar as well as most of the tables full. Roaring log fire. Will be back.

We were a table of 10 who visited for Sunday lunch. I can honestly say that the feedback from everyone in the group was 100% complimentary. There was a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was perfectly cooked, and generously portioned, and the service from the various staff we encountered was top class. This was our first visit to The Boot, but we will definitely be back!
Very friendly service and a lovely welcoming space in the restaurant. Three of us had different dishes for lunch and they were all excellent - beautifully cooked. And interesting menu choices as well as the classics, such as pigeon breast. Good range of local beers. And a great location for walking/cycling- we went on a beautiful walk in the Radnage Valley before hand.

The roast beef and veg were lovely. Huge Yorkshire pudding. So could have done with maybe a small jug of extra gravy? The cheeseboard for £12 was poor. Three exceptionally small pieces of cheese and not kidding on this. ? six small crackers. Curly celery sticks. Staff were lovely though.
