This is my parent’s local pub, and after coming here with them for a lovely breakfast with Santa, we decided to meet a friend for lunch here today. We visited at lunch time as a party of 6, including 3 very small children. We were made to feel extremely welcome; we were given a table with plenty of room for high chairs and the kids stuff, and at no point did we feel that we were in the way or being rushed (as you often can when you have three babies in a restaurant!).The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was lovely.We will be back again soon!
Staff are really friendly and attentive.Food was good! I had the sea bass, scallops with pea risotto!! Husband had fish &chips and a salted caramel sundae!! There was 10 of us!!

We had a lovely dinner yesterday evening to celebrate my birthday. It was superb. My husband, who requires a gluten free meal, had the rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection. I had the Confit of Duck, which absolutely out of this world. It was very flavoursome and tender. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and attentive.
