Friendly, but the food was not good. Got two sausage rolls, which did not seem to be too fresh (not hot). I also got a "pizza" slice which was actually stone cold and hard as a rock - I threw it away after one attempted bite, right away still at the filling station. It did not fullfil what my normal Greggs experience is, sadly. Maybe a bad day?

I asked for ketchup for the toastie and was told they’re not allowed to give me a ketchup because boss forbade! Such a ridiculous especially ketchup bottle was on the table! Rubbish store!

Greggs at the petrol station in Marlow is great, I've recently started travelling through the area and I stop off there for breakfast, the staff are polite and quick, the store is clean and tidy and even though it is only small it has all the things Greggs is known for, great little stop.
