82 High St, MarlowJust had a delicious afternoon tea here - highly recommend, we regularly go for afternoon tea sometimes in 5 star hotels if it’s a special occasion and I actually think the scones at this venue were better than any I’ve had elsewhere! Everything comes out in stages which means bacon and chicken in the sandwiches were warm and freshly cooked as were the scones. Lovely friendly environment and everything was very clean. Also such a bargain at only £15 each!!

2 Chapel St, MarlowOriginal booked for 1st May 2026 but had to rearrange for a later date, which happened to be my wife’s birthday. So easy to rearrange via the App. We went for the lunch time set meal, which came with a cocktail, starter, main and dessert. Staff were very attentive and friendly, all the food was presently beautifully as you can see from the photos. Taste wise, if you are used to Indian street food like we are, it’s not quite as flavoursome as this. A nice touch was they bought a candle with a chocolate brownie at the end of the meal. Overall a perfect lunch for my wife’s birthday. You should also be aware that parking in Marlow can be tricky, Liston road car park is right behind Vaasu, took me around 10 mins to find a spot at 12:15.

I believe its won 'Best pub in Marlow' for the 2nd year in a row recently, well deserved. A hidden gem, worth the 3 minute walk from the High Street. Excellent oriental food ,(no delivery). Large outside seating area, large screen TV,bar snacks, karaoke,traditional pub games and Live music.Convivial atmosphere, nice place for a quiet libation. The landlord ,Steven isn't the only local radio presenter who frequents here. If you're looking for a local place with welcoming staff , this is the one for you.Gets busy in the evenings and weekends. Oh and dogs welcome.

We were served by Grace - who did a great job - and we all enjoyed the food. Can definitely recommend the Montepulciano red wine too! All in all a great evening.

46 Spittal St, MarlowWe recently went here for a Mother's day lunch, my son, daughter in law and baby and myself. It is a very characteristic place with a lovely little garden area at the back. Service was prompt, helpful and very friendly. The food was delicious, my steak was perfectly cooked. A very relaxing restaurant and definately worth visiting again. The only downside is the traffic in Marlow was horrendous and parking was bad as well. There is a public car park behind the restaurant but it took my son a while to find a place. So give yourself plenty of time to get parked, we ended up being 15 mins late for our booking but the staff were great about it.

We were first seated by the front door, which wasn’t great, and the restaurant was packed with Deliveroo collections and queues out the door. Starters arrived over an hour after we got there and mains nearly two hours in. Staff were doing their best, but the restaurant was clearly overbooked.

The Ship, 23 West St, MarlowMyself and my partner are regulars (when we can) and we love this pub! The staff are always friendly and efficient. The pizzas are some of the best we've ever had, proper wood fire and fresh from the oven. We can't get enough of them! When it's warm outside, the open space is lovely to sit in. In the colder months, they light the fire and it's so warm and cosy. It's easily the best place to go in Marlow, in our humble opinion.

Crowne Plaza Marlow, Fieldhouse Lane, MarlowI had lunch here last week, and do so a few times a year. I have to say that things are improving. It used to look like an airport departure terminal but they have changed the furniture and layout to give more variety and it's a massive improvement. Last time I visited (a couple of months ago) our Pepsi's were flat and our server almost refused to believe that this could be the case; but we had much better service on this occasion and I'm glad to report that the Pepsi was fizzy! I like the Conservatory area as it is spacious, bright and good for social distancing; but I see that they've also now put in a table area in the main restaurant, with plug sockets which appeared to be very popular for working at, when I visited. My dining companions' burgers looked great, but my Mac n' Cheese whilst tasting pretty good, was tiny and only a starter size which was really disappointing. Anyway, the general trajectory of this place appears to be up, which is good news.

Unit B, Meter House, Fieldhouse Ln, MarlowBest takeaway I’ve ever had and has been so for a very long time. Food quality is excellent and the flavours magnificent. Saajid will cook to your taste and I often have lamb bhoona “slightly hot” and it is wondrous. Lamb meat quality is exceptional which often is not the case in other restaurants or takeaways. I can heartily recommend the onion bhajis, naans and rice quality. Chicken madras and korai chicken are two more of my favourites in a great variety. I use it weekly it’s that good.

The food was simple but comforting and delicious, and reasonably priced. I had a ploughman's and my partner had a ham salad roll, quickly served, beautifully presented and everything we wanted.
The lady who served us, with the curly silver hair and blue square glasses, was an absolute delight to speak to, super friendly and chatty.
We cant wait to come back!

A few folk walked in to room and had to be told it was a private function. But a great venue for 20/30 guests.

A couple of small downsides were the bread, which tasted a bit like airplane bread, and the desserts, which were a little too sweet for my liking.
Overall, it was a great meal, and everyone really enjoyed it. Good value for the price and I’ll definitely be back!

Great portion size for this quality of restaurant, and you can order Steak and Chips with a crème Brulee for desert.
Food was just wonderful and with service to match, not sure how you can have a better experience.
