Utterly disgusting, this coffee shop should either be closed permanently or get rid of every single staff member and replace them with ones that are going ro clean, will never be returning to this dump

Despite being very busy Vicky was absolutely amazing in this charming Starbucks. Lovely drinks.

Very poor service - 3 workers there all looking absolutely miserable, only one person in front of me in the queue and yet took cashier all of 10 minutes to actually look up from her phone and realise we were waiting. Girl spent 4 minutes counting out my change and still got it wrong. It’s a big corp so sure they make good money and doing heck-all for it. Drink was weird colour and too sweet even for Starbucks. One stood at the coffee machine, one was on the till and yet still ended up making our drinks, and the third was sat in the nook down at the end of the serving area texting. Forgot to give straw also and stood there for 5 minutes waiting for her to figure out I had politely asked for one. Disgraceful that for 1 cup of pretty poor sludge we were in there for a total 20 minutes.

This has to be the most unhygienic coffee shop I have been to. The floor is filthy, none of the tables had been wiped and rubbish left out. Plenty of staff all doing nothing about it. If the front of house is in such a state, I can only imagine the state of the food storage and prep areas. Manager sat with a laptop more interested in a social-life, chatting and having fun with staff instead of working or delegating tasks such as cleaning! The toilet was disgusting. Hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Tap falling off the sink. This place is in desperate need of refitting and new management. Won’t be returning.

I only had coffee, can't comment on the food. Coffee ok, nothing spectacular. Seating good and plenty of it. Loos ? available. Busy place.

Coffee is not as good as other brands, but ok if you need a coffee.

This is a gloomy dark cave of a place. The coffee was tasteless. Service slow.

Very slow behind the counter. A bit busy nattering and looking at phones.

Morning vibe was perky, intelligent and wecoming. Thank you (from a passing through weary car driver!).

Went in the hope of having some fruit toast and jam and a cuppa, only to be told they'd run out of jam AFTER I'd already paid and they presented my husband with the food at the counter.Long, long waits for drinks (which were lacklustre and lukewarm to be honest). Every table except one had piles of dirty cups, plates and food packaging strewn all over. The floor was littered with rubbish and food crumbs and to top it all off, I've seen better toilets after several days camped in a field at a music festival.Seriously, Starbucks, if you are going to operate a store in a premium Buckinghamshire destination town such as Marlow you need to up your game considerably. Marlow has many independent cafés, restaurants and eateries and my lesson learned from today is to accept their higher costs in return for qualitative food in a qualitative setting, served hot, on time and in an efficient and professional manner. One word to sum up my experience today: woeful.I definitely won't be back.
