It's a subway. The food is ok, the service is ok. The food never looks like the pictures on the menu or as advertised. But it's cheap and filling.

Ok but they never seem to take part in any of the offers Subway email me about (£4.99 foot long etc) and went to spend 500 points the other day where everywhere else allows you to choose any 6 inch sub on the menu whereas they said they have some weird rule about you only get a choice of 3! which are unsurprisingly the cheapest ones on the menu. Would choose a different Subway over this one now as happened more than once here.

Terrible service and RUDE staff. I have had the unfortunate experience of using this subway as closest to my home. They never read the order properly. 99% of the time the toast despite me NOT selecting toasted or the other 1% they leave the cheese off or something else. It is not hard to read the order and make accordingly. Do not call as the woman who usually answers, foreign accent of Indian origins, has got to be the rudest most unpleasant human being in a service role. Perhaps she should look up what it is to ‘serve a customer’ as to my mind hanging up and refusing to assist with confirming the order is unacceptable. Especially when the whole reason I’ve called is because they get it so wrong! Lucky this time I was able to cancel the order and will never use again.

Zero out of 5…. I ordered a foot-long Steak and cheese, 3 cookies and a soft drink. My order took over an hour to arrive. The foot-long was next to inedible. It was stone cold, with very little filling and the bread was stale. The cookies were missing and had been replaced with a packet of crisps. If I’d wanted a packet of crisps - I’d have ordered such….. The drink was ok, thank the gods for pre bottled and sealed soft drinks. I telephoned the shop to complain and was told that the toasting machine was broken, they’d run out of cookies and it wasn’t they’re fault. If I was unhappy with this I should call back tomorrow to speak to the manager as he had gone home. I will be attending tomorrow.

Very unhelpful service in Subway today. Told the subs are as on the menu and you can't alter them or change what salad is included.

Ordered on just eat and the whole order arrived un-toasted. Absolutely fowl.

Went there first time today. What an awful experience. The person before me was really confusing the staff with her order, but when my turn came the Indian lady member of staff was downright rude and took it out on me. I wanted a teriyaki and she shouted at me that it would take 5 mins, I said OK but she shputed "I can't do it right now etc etc", a cue had built after us but that was not my fault. I was waiting but no attempt was made to refill the teriyaki, so I just opted for another filling.Then when it came to the salad I said no tomatoes, but she put them on anyway, and then when I contested she rolled her eyes and threw them out, I wanted the chicken nacho bites but again on asking for them it was like I had asked for them to make me a 4 course meal.They didn't even give me the dip that went with my chicken side. I was very disappointed and if management can be bothered to read this your lady member of staff needs a lesson on customer services, and how to behave with customers and working under pressure.DISAPPOINTED!!!

We ordered on the app to pick up at the store at a set time, and when we got there, they had not even started making it. While we were waiting they gave us someone else's order which we gave back after noticing it was wrong, then continued to wait. Ended up being an hour after our set pick up time. Sandwich was nice but they had run out of half of the ingredients we ordered. Seemed very disorganized, probably won't going again
