First visit here for a long while but we had the bacon & smoked cheese brioche bun with chilli jam, child's sausage & egg with toast, yoghurt, fruit & coconut & two americano's. The service was good. The chef made the brioche rolls which were light and delicious. Will definitely try lunch next time.....
Popped into The Resolute today for the first time with cycling club. The owner/manager was really helpful getting tables rearranged so 10 of us could sit together. Staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast/coffee was just perfect for a mid bike ride refueling.

I have never eaten a breakfast this good in my life. You are missing out if you have not tried the food here.The food is so good, I forgot to mention the coffee which is one of the best around too.
