I've been going to this pub for nearly 50 years. I rather like it and it's not changed

We often pop here for a drink when we visit in Marlow. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing a good service. We haven't eaten here, but the pizzas look and smell amazing. The atmosphere is great, with generally plenty of locals. There's a cosy fire on each side, and dogs are welcome. It is a great place to visit.

So they are not serving food because the kitchen is closed but yet they say its okay to bring in dominos from next door. Brill, except your not allowed to eat the dominos?? Very bizzare indeed

Met a lovely bloke who offered to sort out my garden. Would 10/10 recommend him for any garden work! The bar staff were okay as well.

Good beer and interesting interior.

Ok for a late drink. Doesn't have much atmosphere.

Went to the bar and asked for the barman to recommend a double Gin and Tonic, which he did and was very helpful, so I didn’t begrudge the price of 12.95 as much, it tasted great. Then, only 2 minutes after I had returned to where I was sitting, another, and very surly, member of staff told everyone that the bar was closed and we all had to leave. I asked if I could finish my drink and she retorted that I “should have thought about that before”. No drinking up time, no notice that the bar was closing, nothing.

Absolutely brilliant!!!! Live music on a Thursday night (Steph Willis). The crowd was varied in ages and lots up dancing. The bar staff were welcoming and attentive.Never been before but will certainly be back...and would 100% recommend it!

Fantastic service from the guys behind the bar, electric entertainment on a Thursday night (Steph Willis) and a great ambience.
A very old pub in the centre of Marlow, it could be as old as the town itself. Nice to see such a nice example survive and prosper. Beer is well-kept with a reasonable range of choices. Food is decent pub quality. Evenings can get quite busy, but with good weather the space in the rear garden can be used. There was a time when Marlow had many more pubs, sadly many seem to have closed. The Ship has survived because it is popular, and it is popular because it is a decent pub.

Quaint pub with low ceilings- Rebellion beer - Pizzas were ok

Unless you like Rebellion or keg stuff it's not for you.. and I don't.

My favourite pub in Marlow. It's called the Ship for good reason... keep your head low! They serve excellent pizzas and good beer in a very unique setting. What more could one want? ?

Went here for lunch, really amazing pizzas with generous toppings. Fantastic lunch deal which was really good value for money. The two staff members were really great, going above and beyond for us! All in all an amazing place.
Nice little club, "classic" house music, great
