“I'm old enough to remember going to the original London Pizza Express, back in the 60's which, whilst a bit of a novelty at the time, was nevertheless, a truly memorable and special experience.Since then and many (tummy - bound) pizzas later, my love for Italian food continues unabated and when it comes to pizzas in this country, no-one comes closer than Pizza Express.This particular restaurant simply compounds my love and the staff went further to not only enhancing our eating experience, (my three stepsons were treating me for my birthday!) but making it extra special. Particularly, Simone, the Manager, who really made us feel special and welcome in what was a busy time, in the restaurant.ps: I had bruschetta to start and a La Reine pizza with an egg, all washed down with a delicious Peroni Doppo Malto. De-flippin-licious.Highly recommended, can't wait to go back.Parking: Lots of spaces and very convenient.”

“This was my first time at a Fireaway and honestly surpassed many pizza places I’ve tried! The crust is delicious and fresh with the stone baked adding a lovely depth in flavour, the ingredients are all fresh and go perfectly on a pizza, the variety of toppings and sauce bases makes me want to come back to try it all! Pizza is made fresh to order in front of your eyes, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, my go to pizza spot from now on! The owners are honestly very lovely and accommodating which elevates my experience!”

“Last Saturday we had a family dinner at the crown. There was 14 of us so we pre ordered the food which was so good as there was no hassle when we arrived. We were shown to our table and immediately offered drinks. The food was absolutely lovely and the staff very attentive and friendly. We use this pub as regulars and always greeted with a smiling face and a chat. Kelly the manager has worked hard to make it a better place to go with events , music and new food menu. Not forgetting the cocktail menu ☺️Definitely worth a visit ☺️”
