Awful service. Waited a while for the drink i ordered online, then realised it was sat in a bag with Uber written on it. I said it’s mine and the barista said no it’s uber. As you can see, it’s a very unique name, so I was certain it was my drinks. He shrugged, so I took the bag. It was indeed my drinks, however my partner tasted hers and it was missing the 6 pumps of mocha she had ordered. We returned having only had 2 sips of the drink to complain. They offered to remake it, however we noticed the barista who was making drinks asked the cashier what the issue was, and the cashier whispered to him that it was wrong, and the barista rudely and sarcastically rolled his eyes and raised his eyebrows, as if he wasn’t happy he made the drink incorrectly. When passing the remade drink, he barely looked at us. The staff need better customer service training. Intu one is far better.

I was served straightaway as there was no queue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks were perfect and ready in a very short space of time. The shop was clean and tidy.

Went on a Thurs afternoon so wasn't very busy. Quick service and ordered the new pink coconut drink which was refreshing with freeze dried strawberry pieces! Usually gets very busy though so go outside of lunch time I would say!

There were 2 vegan options for puddings. They were out of oat milk. ;( The plant based milk choices were oat, almond, soy, and coconut. The best part is the pumpkin spice flavoured drinks were back and they're vegan.
