Google will not dismis this place. Doesn't matter how many times I "don't go here" or "dismiss place". It keeps popping in for a review.Didn't go here. Like so many subways they are not open for early breakfast.

I love Subway but this branch is poor. Been twice this week. Staff more interested in the delivery orders and leave customers standing there ages. My first visit, the bread was hard and stale even when toasted. Second visit, the sandwich was a sloppy mess due to a hole in the bread, no-one cared, and I was even told that I couldn't add any salad items to the measly 2 strips of pepper included. Will return to my other regular branches near home and work, but not to the Kingston one.

Not many brands base their custom on a menu that they build up for over a decade+ that customers then come to find synonymous with and recognise the name and logo anywhere in the world to know what they want from that establishment for them to then go and completely bun that menu, business model and customer relationship, but that is what Subway has done.Not only is there no recognised subs on the list of menu items from the old menu but if you want one of the old subs you are charged a premium price (+£2.40 for a slice of meat) and the "Series" are fixed and cannot have your own choices added to them- this was the whole idea of Subway in the first place!The pricing structure is no longer transparent as if you don't want one of the limited new menu items you will not know how much you are paying on the "create your own" until you get to the checkout... which is a bit convenient for them.They also don't except cash anymore.Very dissatisfied with the new menu and will actively look for Subways that have not yet changed to it.

Where to begin!!! If I could of given no stars then I would have the management really need to brush up on their hygiene courses why standing in the line to get served I seen the manager scratch his hair and his skin by his wrist and then moved on to scratch his face with his beard with no hair net on he then proceeded to put gloves on touch the outside of the gloves with the hand that he had a good old scratch through his greasy hair and then when I said I didn’t want him touching my food and the reason why he didn’t even say as much as sorry it’s disgusting in there they might of had done but the staff ??

I come in here often to get lunch before I go to work and the staff are really good and the manger touches his hair and beard after he serves every customer and the uses the till without his hands so he doesn't wash his hands or use antibacterial gel

Order regularly from here via Deliveroo. Never had a problem yet. Always has come fast, correctly packed and no issues. My favourite branch of subway to order from.

First time tried this Subway as first time in area. Got food poisoning a day later. I thought long and hard where and how? Has to be this Subway as the rest of family members had vegetarian subs and I had a chicken one. And I fell ill. Lucky recovery in a day but was not pleasant.Now it’s a small Subway and had four people behind the counter. Way too cramped I saw. The man who served me touched the pork with gloves and used same gloves for the chicken. Tedious and I will not be going there again no matter improvements or less people breathing and moving over the food. Sorry. Shame as I was thinking on becoming a vegetarian.I saw all this when I was there and I forgave the poor hygiene and control of the place. Guess nature too had His course.

Went in after a stressful day at work, a trainee called josh made me a delicious sandwichcheered me right up ?You'd never know he was training (apart from the bright red top that said trainee)

We're at the end of 2021, most of the population is double jabbed, the government is easing all the restrictions, and you still have those nonsense so-called covid measures! I've been to another Subway shop recently and they had none of these stupid rules! There are tables, but no one can sit! I have cash, but can't pay... Why???? You are not a health agency, you do not sell bat soup, and why do you have such measures that none of the other restaurants have ?

I have been regularly going to this subway from quite sometime, have picked up click and collect orders, but today's experience was quite bizarre and irritating. I turned up to collect my online order, the person at the till asked me if I had a bag on me, I did not, assuming they expected me to have a carry bag, I went back to my car got one, only to be told they had mistaken me for a delivery driver - so an Asian guy turns up to collect his own order - the assumption is that he Is a delivery driver? Could not have asked is it an online order or a deliveroo order? I left without saying much, but the whole experience was quite distressing, I am writing such a lengthy review only to make them aware that not all online orders are for delivery guys

Love their wraps, subs and lovely friendly service. We occasionally get wraps for lunch or dinner and have always had a good experience which keeps us going back
