Excellent fish and chips for a weekday lunch. Lovely stylishly decorated dining room, pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff and well designed and interesting menu. Will definitely be coming back to try some of the other really nice dishes I saw on the menu. Just sorry my mum paid and messed up tipping on the machine and then we didn’t have enough change for a proper tip sorry!
Popped into The Fox for lunch half-way round a Sudbury circular walk. So impressed. The food was excellent. Plenty of choice on the menu and specials. Thoughtfully presented and generous portions. Carafes of wine available and Brewshed beers. The pub itself is well laid out and the staff friendly and attentive. I cannot recommend it enough.

First visit to the Fox, will definitely return.Friendly staff and welcome.Plenty of menu choice and nice you can choose small or large plates, good idea.Very clean and airy restaurant.Food reasonably priced. Looking forward to going back and trying the steak menu.
