Visited today after reading good reviews. My 8 year old daughter was made to feel so welcome despite being the only child in the restaurant. The service, atmosphere was delightful and so welcoming without being at all false or pretentious. The food was amazing... the best afternoon tea I've had (including at The Savoy).Dietary restrictions: I advised I don't eat red meat or pork and this was accommodatedKid-friendliness: So welcoming and child's version available

A great place for a special family meet-up and afternoon tea. Very friendly and accommodating. Lovely staff and great service. Food was amazing, the children enjoyed their options, all pre- ordered.

Fabulous afternoon tea offering a change from the run of the mill sandwiches, very tasty and beautifully

The setting was lovely and the food was beautifully presented and delicious.Sadly, the experience was let down firstly by our server forgetting to bring our pots of tea and having to ask for them and secondly, because there were so many people in the room (orangery) it was difficult to move between tables and was so noisy we couldn't even hear the server describing the food.

What a beautiful afternoon tea. The food isn't your usual sandwiches, it was imaginative and delicious. The girls serving were lovely as is the venue. We will definitely be

Really disappointed tonight. What an awful afternoon tea. Dry, rock solid scones and cakes. The starters were lovely, french onion soup, a carrot and coriander pate with a beetroot pakota type item. The cakes and scones were sent back. The chef really needs to look at GF baking. It's not the same as normal baking and there is a real lack of experience here. It shows! When the scones come out very dense, it means they tired to follow a normal cake recipe hoping it will come out the same. It doesn't.My guests with me also said the normal scones were dry. Sadly TRIP ADVISOR guests are saying the same thing and I should have looked before booking. The venue is lovely, but tables are too small. Was a real balancing act with all the crockery and silver trays. It got to a point we had to tell the waitress to take more trays back. Felt very squished in, very tight space.Quite disappointed with the visit today, what a shame.

We had the afternoon tea and the selection of sandwiches and cakes was decent. The coffee house is a bit run down in places particularly the area around toilets and exit but upstairs was nice and staff friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Not ideal if you have any access needs

Lovely afternoon tea. Nice setting and room was gorgeous but just never really felt comfortable and a bit crowded/small tabled. Food was absolutely amazing. I mean spectacular. Catered for veggie/vegan so well. And the staff were excellent. Just pray you're not next to the window! More frangipane please.

The Woburn Coffee House is simply brilliant! Staff are very friendly and helpful, both beforehand via e-mail and on the day itself. We booked a festive Christmas afternoon tea and brought our 15-week old along. On top of that, one of us has a challenging dietary requirement (vegan and soy-free) and it was all catered for beautifully. We’ve had plenty of vegan afternoon teas elsewhere and they can be a bit lacklustre, so our expectations for the vegan/soy-free food were not high. How wrong we were! The alternatives very closely matched the regular items and it was all absolutely delicious. The building is very cosy and Woburn is a lovely place to visit. I cannot fault the Woburn Coffee House and will definitely come back for more.Dietary restrictions: As mentioned in my review, one of us had the challenging vegan and soy-free combination and the food was absolutely delicious. The table next to us had one gluten-free version and although I cannot say anything about the flavour, it looked great. As long as you book and mention in advance, I suspect these wizards can cater for most requirements.Parking: There’s a free public car park just around the corner. I imagine it can be busy at times but there was plenty of space when we went (Saturday around 4:15pm)

Amazing, it was a birthday treat abd what a treat. Surrounding and atmosphere really decadent. Service absolutely delightful, attentive but not intrusive. Food absolutely fantastic, not the cheapest but definitely the best.

Came here for parents 50th Wedding anniversary. We had the whole white room upstairs. Service was brilliant with a dedicated team ensuring we were well looked after. There was loads of food. Anything left was boxed up so we could enjoy it later. Will be coming again for the festive afternoon tea.
