Very mixed opinion. As for the restaurant itself, very nicely designed. The tree really adds to the room. The clothes over the tables are a little tacky. Staff, extremely friendly, always checking up on us, smiling and looked like they enjoy what they do. As for the actual food, the starters were very bad. I’ve been many places and as an Indian myself, it really wasn’t great. The special mix grill was very basic and almost “salt and pepper” seasoning. The shish kebab is watery and seemed like frozen meat cooked in the microwave. However, with this said, the Mains were the complete opposite. Both the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Lamb Rogan Josh were really nice. Great flavour, warm and tastey. Naan was by far as fresh as it gets. Taste as if it was just taken out the tandoor and served asap. We’re offered some Baileys on the house which was a nice touch. Therefore, a tip was left not for the food, but purely just for the service.

First time dining in Patley certainly won't be the last. From the minute we arrived the staff were first class. Sat in the main dining area and there was a good atmosphere. Food was excellent as was the service very attentive staff. Were given time which is a nice change.
