Really let down by the Sunday roast. The beef was more stewed than roast - uniformly grey. Small helping of unimaginative veg along side. Well overpriced for such poor quality.

Parked here, went for a great walk in the Chilterns. The car park at the rear is large enough for a few cars. Perfect, refreshing finish to the day.

Stopped in for an afternoon pint. The bartender was friendly and helpful, and gave us spot-on directions to the church as well.

Great beer and great atmosphere. Only dropped in for a lunchtime snack but was presented with an excellent ploughman's. Prompt efficient and above all friendly service.

Very old countryside pub with a great selection of beers and English type food. It’s my local when I’m in the UK so I’m a bit biased but worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Popped in for an afternoon drink after discovering the pub accidentally on a drive. What a fantastic pub. Everything a british pub should be. Very polite young lad served us at the bar. This pub should be on the map. Garden, entrance and signage needs a little attention. Toilets need upgrading. We didn’t eat - only had drinks. Will certainly be back for a Sunday roast soon. Could be an absolute gold-mine with a few changes.
