Lovely pub, great staff very friendly. Lovely outside area with some of it under cover and some out which is great for all weathers.They usually have a food van (changes all the time) which is great and usually the smell tempts you over.Toilets are always clean, the ceiling height quite low with it being an old pub but nothing alittle ducking doesn't solve
Excellent pub with a great atmosphere.& good quality beers.The themed food nights where a van provides different types of food, Greek, Pizza's, Burger's etc are a fabulous touch

We had a lovely time at Red Lion. It is a dog friendly place, even though you don’t have your own dog, this allows for a great atmosphere. They serve local beers as well as your classics. Reasonably priced. I’m definitely coming back. At our time of visit, they had Dyllies pizza van parked in the back so we enjoyed ourselves a pizza with our beers. Great time!
