“I went in Bourne end Costa today with my grandchildren and ordered 4x babycinos. The place was really busy but both Holly and I think his name was Calvin were so very good, Holly was really helpful with my order and Calvin prepared the drinks with great care and attention. Both were cheerful and made what could have been a fraught experience with four children, a pleasurable experience. Thank you to both of them”
