Located in the parade in Bourne end. This Costa is fairly large, the service is friendly and it is generally a relaxing place to be. There is free parking along the parade opposite, although spaces are limited. A pay car park is available 2 minutes walk away.

Costa food seems more cheaply made these days and is certainly heavily processed.The venues and coffees are nice but expensive.The atmosphere in most Costas is relaxed and chilled, with no pressure to leave quickly, and the opportunity to work for good lengths of time, with coffee!Vegetarian options: It's good that these exist, for those of us restricted in choice by diet - and they're interesting, but over half seem over-processed and cardboardy.

I come to Costa 2/3 times a week for my coffee and toast before I go to work. Staff are and have always been happy, helpful and polite. I was there a couple of weeks ago and a new young lad was there, just as helpful and polite as the others. I had been there several minutes when a couple came in and the gentleman said rather loudly to the lad “you need to ban smokers from sitting outside the shop”, I didn’t hear what the lad said but obviously not what this man wanted to...read full review
