“Delicious tasting menu from start to finish. Highlights for me included the Stilton and walnut canape and the raviolo with parmesan and Wiltshire truffle mousse and the sea bass, beetroot and horseradish. But hardly a foot was put wrong all evening - although maybe some of the plates could have been warmer?
In addition to the food, the 'discovery' matched wines were unusually good, 5/6 being both interesting and very enjoyable.
Excellent service, too: pleasant, informal, helpful, there when you needed it.
Highly recommended.”
