Izabela, the Cambridge Cake Lady, recently made an 80th Birthday Cake which not only looked exactly as I requested but also tasted wonderful. I am not a cake fan & would always prefer savoury food but this Vanilla Sponge with Coconut Cream cake was delicious & very moist. It kept well for over a week. Thanks Izabela.
