“Delicious fried chicken banh mi and chicken katsu curry! Although I wouldn't class it as an authentic banh mi, it still tasted really good; just wish there was carrots, coriander, pickled radish etc. Other than that, service was good and would order it again!”

“Food is amazing here! I’m always craving for hand-pulled traditional chilli oil noodles - it’s just the right amount of savoury and spice! I do absolutely love spicy food, but worry not, these aren’t spicy to the point where it would make you cry (I hope). The rougamos are also delicious. The flakiness of the pastry, the sweet/savouriness of the filling - they’re just right! I’ve brought different friends here and they’ve enjoyed it every single time. It can be a little difficult to get a table, especially if you’re a larger group but it seems like turnover is relatively quick so you can be seated fairly soon.”

“One of our all-time favourite Chinese restaurants, Forum House is consistently excellent with really great food. We're happy to drive the 20 minutes it takes us to get to Great Shelford to eat there.
Our favourite dishes are the salt and pepper ribs and calamari starters. The salt and pepper aubergine is also addictively good, as is their garlic Pak Choi.
Service is always welcoming and professional with staff who remember you. It’s been in business for around 30 years for good reason, I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.”

“Looks like a typical British chinese takeaway, BUT it is the most affordable and authentic chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to at Cambridge.”

“The food is exquisite and the amazing service made the experience exceedingly great, and during the time that we were waiting for out food the lady of the restaurant gave us teas and was extremely friendly!
Many thanks for the spring rolls”

“The food tastes great and is affordable. The only downsides are they close at 2 pm and they accept only cash. I would have given it five starts if not for these and the fact that I ordered house special fried rice and dumplings but got something else. I had to go out to look for cash to pay. By the time I got back, they said they were closing and I couldn't eat in. Still got the food in packs and went to a park to eat it. Then realised unfortunately that I was given plain rice instead. But I liked it. I plan to go back and try other foods, hopefully, I get what I order next time ?”

“Your typical British Chinese, but in a good way. Have only been here for take out, but thought it was good quality food and not too expensive. You can order online and pay on pick up, which is very convenient.”

“Good tastes in general. Dry noodles taste great though I’d expect some more meat on it.”
