Lovely food and experience generally. Reasonable prices and nice selection of dishes, Difficult to criticise the atmosphere, since we went on a Thursday 1.30-3.30, and it meant we got a table for 7 easily. Waiter very personable and food served really quickly. No rush to get you out at the end either. Overall, well worth a visit.

The food was average and the service sketchy.We arrived as a party of five at lunchtime and were shown to our seats by a member of staff who informed us that there was a special offer where kids eat free.When the food arrived it was largely bland. My Brazilian curry had no sweet potato as advertised and my son's wacky tacos came with white tortillas as opposed to the black ones shown on the menu. These were replaced when requested. My wife couldn't finish her fajitas as she just didn't enjoy them.Our waiter was initially attentive but this waned as the meal progressed. At no point during the meal were we asked how everything was.The bill arrived with multiple errors including being charged for the child's meal and being charged for the "extra" black tacos. Our waiter told us that we had been misinformed about the free children's meal offer and that the person who told us about it would "get into trouble" for telling us about it because it is not available on Saturdays, and only begrudgingly removed the extra £1.50 for the back tacos advising us that he would take it out of his tip, which is, of course, automatically added.It is a shame because I've enjoyed visits to other branches of Las Iguanas in the past but based on this experience I am unlikely to return.

Absolute slop. Worst Mexican I've ever eaten. Cold, then thought I'd give it a second go when the hot food came back, it looked like someone had thrown up on my plate. Full of youngsters drinking. Service was nearly as bad as the food.

Amazing food, big shout out to Viviana who looked after us, she was great. Only slight moan, keep the volume down on the music, going out for a meal is about eating and conversation, it’s not a night club. You don’t actually need any ambient noise, the customers will generate that for you.
I visited on my birthday and our server went above and beyond to make it special. We were served by Viviana at the Cambridge branch and she provided impeccable service. She was very friendly and approachable and made the birthday experience that much better. This was our first visit here but we will definitely return after this experience. Not only was the service amazing, but the food was delicious too (Bruno’s Aires Burger).

We visited Las Iguanas for the first time to spend some vouchers that were given to us as a present. The lo cation is spot on to give you a taste of Cambridge by the river, especially when you can see the traditional punts go by. Food was good with an extentive menu. Staff were Friendly and attentive. We served by Viviana who had a great smile which added to her polished customer service. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Cambridge.

We came here for a bottomless brunch. To start on a positive note, I was impressed that the drinks were brought out quickly. I think this was helped by our group ordering the same cocktail, which came out in jugs, rather than ordering individual drinks. The food was okay although quite small portions and I have a big warning to fellow vegans. There were several vegan options on the menu which I was pleased to see. The one I chose was labelled both vegetarian and vegan highlighting suitable for both (it didn’t say ‘ask for vegan’ or anything similar as some of the other dishes did). But the dish I ordered came out as vegetarian rather than vegan. We only realised as a friend who had ordered the same dish and had declared she was dairy intolerant. We were expecting to get the same thing but hers came out with a little vegan flag in, and our tortillas were different colours. The waiter said I should have said that I was vegan otherwise you get the vegetarian version (dairy in tortillas). I expect that when a dish is labelled as vegan that the dish will be vegan. He did begrudgingly bring the vegan version but that spoiled it for me and I won’t trust the labelling in there anymore.
