Two filter coffees taste of soap/disinfectant! I regularly buy it but someone new must be doing the cleaning!

Disappointing. The only Pret I've been to which never has the ham and cheese sandwich available. Very few other options available for people with egg allergy.

Been a membership subscriber for a year just cancelled. Staff are not nice, can be lazy. The menus has changed no smoothies, milkshakes or frappe. Squash and water they call a cooler for £3.60 it’s a joke now. Quality is now hit and miss. From £20 per month to £30 now with less options and low quality. Great business plan.

When I arrived in the morning there where two friendly young lady’s .. there offered a good Service .. the building testest the fire alarm which made the communication with the staff little difficult .. later the barista lady arrived.. my ordered was not served correct ( white American) she just purred milk ? to the coffee that the cup was running over .. the entire atmosphere was not as before .. that’s a pity ?

Food good and not big queues, but staff got frustrated when I asked to switch the Mac and cheese I’d just bought for one they’d just brought out - the one I’d picked up was the only one left, had undoubtedly been there a while and was not very warm, and as soon as I’d payed three fresh ones were carried out. Staff member was visibly angry and threw the original one in the bin. I understand if they have a policy against reselling food items, but it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Busy city restaurant, but not enough seats downstairs. Plenty of choices available but a little on the expensive side. Not the best Pret A Manger I’ve visited.

Charged full price for a half cup of coffee. Air conditioning blowing freezing cold when it is 5'c outside.

Super busy at the time but everyone was smiling. I was gifted a baguette on the house, really kind. Thank you, made my day!

Got a flat white, frappe and mozzarella sandwich. Frappe was decent, flat white was horrible and the sandwich bread was stale. Air con was switched off on such a hot day. Worst pret I’ve been to in the UK !

Came here with my sister on wednesday 3rd as visitors from London, such poor customer service, patronising staff, the east asian lady (staff) was giving me and my friends dirty looks as if she’s never seen ethnic/religious women in her life. The staff didn’t even call out for when my drink was ready, they just left it there and not said a word until I realised and grabbed it myself but yet continued to treat everyone normally (shouting and handing their drinks to them). What an uncomfortable place to be in it’s giving racist, islamaphobic vibes.

Its a nice place but the flat white I ordered today was just entirely undrinkable. The milk was burnt and the coffee bitter. Please train your baristas. £3.50 just down the drain
