Food good and not big queues, but staff got frustrated when I asked to switch the Mac and cheese I’d just bought for one they’d just brought out - the one I’d picked up was the only one left, had undoubtedly been there a while and was not very warm, and as soon as I’d payed three fresh ones were carried out. When I arrived in the morning there where two friendly young lady’s .. there offered a good Service .. the building testest the fire alarm which made the communication with the staff little difficult .. later the barista lady arrived.. my ordered was not served correct ( white American) she just purred milk ? to the coffee that the cup was running over .. the entire atmosphere was not as before .. that’s a pity ?
