As a Lorry Driver I appreciate they don't waste my time. The second time I've been where the toilets have been closed at 8.15pm in the evening. The staff said they were blocked. So I tried the Burger King/Little Chef, only to be told we couldn't use them either as they closed at 3.30pm even though we purchased food. We then tried the Travelodge to be told we couldn't use their toilets either as they only had toilets in rooms. How can this be classed 'services'. I understand that problems arise, but it's how we deal with those problems...read full review
