Absolutely fantastic service, very attentive and helpful, super friendly and made to feel very welcome. Thank you to the best staff I have come across in a long time. I can’t name them all but those who served our table especially. Elvis, I thank you for the window seat and your humour. Freya I thank you not only for your service but for giving us attention during and in between each course, not too much and not too little. Rare to get this level of service these days and on such a busy weekend. Thank you.

Our bartender was fantastic! Great recommendations for beer and food today after mid-day punting. Thanks for a fun afternoon!!

I took my dear mum to Cambridge for mother’s day and we ended up eating here. When we walked in, the place was decorated for the occasion. I told my mum that I arranged it all especially for her, she didn’t believe me.We were quickly shown to our table and ordered drinks. I ordered a coke which was flat. I sent it back and got an even flatter coke. Oh well, didn’t really want to send it back a third time so I just accepted it.There was about a 30 minute wait for food. When it arrived it was pleasant but nothing special, the same could be said for the desert. It felt a bit like they were running out of ingredients so they were spreading them thin (e.g not much custard)The service was timely but felt a bit chaotic. Overall we left satisfied but we weren’t wowed by anything. I would consider coming back but it wouldn’t be one of my first choices.

Walked in. Guy greets us with the long nails very disinterested, if he smiled he might have cracked his face, diva springs to mind. Watched him walk customers to their table and it was like it was a chore!!!! The only reason we stayed for a drink was due to the girl serving behind the bar who was very chatty and smiley. We knew then that a drink was all we wanted and to go somewhere else for food. Pint of ale and 1 cider £14.75 ?. Nice location but the front of house diva spoiled it. Shame.
