“A wonderful pub / restaurant which is an amazing find. The Sunday lunch was one of the best I've had. Excellent portion size for hubby and dad!! The service was excellent really friendly but not in your face. Already looking to go back on Thursday as another birthday treat. And we want to book for my parents 60th wedding anniversary party 2024. Thank you for such a wonderful birthday Sunday lunch ???”

“wonderful place, you will not regret coming here. amazing owner who’s always up for a chat, lovely atmosphere. more of an “old school” pub - just like a pub should be. the garden is open spaced and they have multiple activities such as darts, pool and chess if you don’t fancy socialising. 10/10!”

“Second time we have been to this restaurant. I recommend booking in advance. Lovely setting along the river. Today's Sunday lunch was very good and we all enjoyed our visit.The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating is we all agreed the roast potatoes need improvement. Personally I would like the gravey in a gravey boat so that it can be applied to the meal more sparingly.All in all will be back in the future. Thank you all.”
