Don’t even think about it This was a takeaway . Arrived cold and pretty much unidentifiable. Ordered through Just Eat who refunded our payment within half an hour of us sending photos . Well done Just Eat , impressed!

We were hesitant to order from here after reading not so great reviews on Google and Just Eat.Our order was placed using the Domino's Pizza app. We placed the order at 19:58, it was accepted and arrived before 20:30. Food was hot, tasty, and all correct.

Why is everything always so undercooked! You'd think for the price you pay they would actually cook your food. Never again.
Very disappointed with the Ely, Cambs shop the app advised the food was delivered 30 minutes ago, when it wasnt, waited over an hour in total for food, rang the office to be told another 10 minutes staff member on the phone had no customer service skills and was rude and unapologetic, food arrived late and cold ont be ordering again!!

Looking for food on Christmas Eve when many Ely takeaways had closed early. Got two large Pizzas which were prepared while we waited. BOGOF deal. Pizzas very tasty and enjoyed by grandson and daughter.

We have been coming here for many years. This place was never amazing but it was OK for a quick go to Meal. We placed rather a large order. I picked up the garlic bread placed it on my plate and this fell off the garlic bread. Looking suspiciously like facial hair to me. Despite it being a delivery my husband drove straight back there and said hey look at this. The guy on reception was very rude and said that it was definitely not facial hair. Despite the guy in the background cooking without a cover over his beard. What’s the betting he had a shave that morning? Anyway would not refund us but would give us a partial re-order from the same guy that was dropping his hair in the food. I felt sick when I saw this and I feel sick with the rest of the pizza that is just went straight in the bin. We don’t have a lot of money this was a treat for us that has gone straight in the bin twice over. I can still feel whiskers in my teeth this is very unsatisfactory. I tried to complain on the website but Ely is not even recognized. There isn’t even a East cambs as an option. None of us even wanted to eat after this
