“Wildwood is a brilliant restaurant and is conveniently located in the centre of Ely with views of the cathedral and a short walk from the river Great Ouse and the train station as well as bus stops from local towns and villages.Staff are friendly and the food is authentically Italian and is to a standard worthy of dining out for. The only aspect preventing five stars for everything was the portion size. Whilst not small if you have a big appetite - as I do - it is worth investing in a starter as well as a main.The prices are competitive and there is a selection of food and drink options to cater for those that don't drink, like to explore various wines as well as various vegetarian and vegan options.The atmosphere is positive and bordering on intimate without it feeling like guests are unable to speak freely and to one another.I have no reservations about going back to visit Wildwood again and taking family and friends to this venue.”
