I though all KFCs were the same until I went here. Staff are disorganised and out of my two visits, they missed food out both orders. If you go here, check bag before leaving!

They were having problems with order screens aa wi fi was playing up. Even though order was excepted after 15mins was informed they were having problems but still managed to serve drive thru and people who order 15mins after. Only after complaining did my order and lady who ordered 6min before me turn up. This was my first and last visit to this branch

Empty and depressing atmosphere, no music or customers. Slow service, and employees have nothing to do. Certainly not worth the journey or cost.

Popped in today for lunch. Despite there being no other customers I had quite a lengthy wait for my food. The place looks untidy, the windows are filthy, and there's flies everywhere. Terribly depressing atmosphere. They've got the speaker from the drive through turned up so loud that you can hear everyone's order blaring across the restaurant. Food was lukewarm. Coke zero was warm and flat. The chicken was dreadfully overcooked and the so called "crispy skin" was very much akin to chewing on a brick. Dreadful place, no wonder it was empty. I certainly won't be returning.

This place is absolutely terrible. I ordered a meal with chips and first of all, I waited what felt like forever for my meal. Second of all, they forgot my chips in my order. Guess what they gave me as compensation? A fiver. Its ridiculous this place, do not recommend, if you want KFC, get KFC at another place. If I could, I would’ve rated it 0 stars

Have had 10 chicken piece buckets here on numerous occasions today they wanted to charge per piece of chicken! I showed him on the app what I wanted he said they wouldn't do it that way would of cost alot more so I declined what has changed with this kfc never had any problems before.

Service is always slow here, regardless of how busy they are,chairs almost always on tables like they don't want you to stay! Orders are often wrong too.

Iv stopped going. My last visit they changed the price twice, service and attitude was terrible. Have tried in the evening and often found them closed early. Food is dreadful, chicken tastes of chlorine, is very small and is badly cooked. Surely KFC check on their franchises, maybe not in Ely's case.

Yesterday the 19th I ordered some takeway food online on the KFC website, I waited for more than 50 minutes to be notified that the order was ready to be collected but that never happened. When I got to the store asking if my food was ready, they said they were not aware of the order as they claimed it did not even appear on their screen. I was charged over £30 for the food; the lady manager assured me I would be refunded within a few days in case the order did not appear on their system and she asked me to place the same order again with them in the shop, which I did but they completely mess it up as when I got home and opened my chicken burger box I realised my chicken was missing from the sandwich and also got gravy instead of the beans I had asked for. Because of the mistake made with my order, I returned to the store soon after, raised my complaint with the staff and the manager told me she would investigate the situation. In fairness to her, she did give me a new burger and some free chicken but this did not make it right as I had to pay for the food twice and had the night ruined. I will now also have wait a few days and hope to receive the refund from them, which I believe will be another nightmare.By the way, I had asked for a mighty bucket for one but my food was given to me in a bag instead and when I complained, the staff response was that most of their customers ask for the food to be in a bag. This doesn't make sense to me at all as I had asked a mighty bucket and therefore expected my food to be in a buck?????????This was my beautiful Saturday night. An order which meant to take about 20 minutes took almost 2 hours and I had to have my dinner after 9 instead of having an early Saturday one as planned. Very disappointed ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Salty chicken, twice cooked, hard chips, no ordered sauces, dirty restaurant, now I understand why this place is always empty. From two days I have a diarrhea?This place should be closed ASAP❗❗❗❗❗
