Ordered on the app a Pizza with no sauce and a pot of garlic dip, Got home to find there was sauce on the pizza and no dip. Tried to call 3 times and each time it cut off. So after travelling 20 miles and paying £20 I was unable to have any food or get through to anyone on the phone to discuss

Ordered 4 large pizzas and sides. One pizza was meant to be margherita due to having a vegetarian over for dinner. They gave us 4 meat ones therefore we had to cook for our vegetarian guest. We couldn't return because it's a 20min drive from home and they don't deliver to our house. We are not impressed with the service. We were regular customers until this happened. The receipt was stamped with tell us how we did....therefore I am!

The pizza was okay, but the garlic brwad was dry and borderline burnt. Also cold. When i walked in to collect the ginger girl working there was lying across the the counter looking asleep and took a considerable amount of time to notice any customers were there. Her comments were non apologetic and blunt and she loudly complained about other staff members 'folding the receipts!' in front of the customers in the lobby.

Absolutely terrible, me and the wife thought we would get the kids to bed at a good time, order some pizza and have a nice date night. Pizza eventually turned up and was absolutely awful, toppings all fell to one side(maybe the driver had a crash on the way here?). Then the whole thing was wet and chewy!? Never had a pizza like it. Do not order from here. 0/10, 0* absolutely awful!

Absolutely delicious pizza. 10/10 would buy again.Parking: Tons of parking, a lot of disabled parking as well as regular.Wheelchair accessibility: All buildings have wheelchair accessible entrances.

Seemed to only be one woman serving and making the pizzas, had glasses and i think light hair but didn’t get her name, but food was ready in 15 mins and delicious ! Plus was only £10 for a large pepperoni and with garlic sprinkles on the crust. Nice leisure park too, stopped by on a road trip so never been before

You can’t order a pizza half an hour before the closing time, because they say the restaurant will close in 20 min, ridiculous!

Do not bother having a delivery. A simple order for 2 x pizzas has still not been delivered after over an hour! Next time I will collect or go to Papa Johns! Very poor service and comms.
