There are power points at some of the tables but they don't work, so you settle down with your laptop only to find you can't actually use it. Also, they have an upstairs but it's pretty much never available for customers. In the early days, it was always open but it seems the staff want less cleaning to do at the end of the day so they just close it off. The ground floor gets very crowded and chaotic for this reason.

Lovely staff, helpful and kind, ordered a coffee for a disabled friend but by the time he came out of the toilet it went cold. The staff immediately offered a new drink not letting me pay for it although I wanted to. That is proper customer service, thank you girls.

The ladies are always amazing no matter how busy they always as how your day is, they always make the coffees exactly how they should be! And they are just a pleasure to talk to! It feels friendly and inviting everytime!

The stink from some of the dogs in your store spoilt our morning coffee.

Dirty cups & plates left on tables. Staff standing around chatting. Floor had straws, napkins & rubbish left.

Visited on a Sunday morning, ordered two Cold Brew Coffees. After a few minutes wait in line, we waited another 5 to get our drinks.Very very bad. Didn’t taste like coffee whatsoever!Water and ice is all it tasted like, not Caramel etc … if we hadn’t walked into the high street and tasted before hand I definitely would have gone back, instead it went straight in the bin - Both of them.Possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had.

To get to the counter and tender cash, they tell you they do not take money. Makes me think they lazy and don’t want hassle counting up at end day. I understand COVID but in July 2023 there is no need disadvantaged adults who prefer cash. Put on your door card payments only.

Good place for afternoon coffee break or studying, quiet and relaxing environment.
Ely Cloisters Starbucks, what can I say….always a warm friendly welcome, so many regulars who return day in day out for their fix of coffee, a quick chat with the wonderful barista’s!The place “ where, everybody knows your name (Elvis) and their always glad you came”

We visited Starbucks, Ely today, the service was outstanding, the drinks were lovely and hot given my wife is particularly fussy about her hot drinks and the cleanliness of the shops was good

The staff members were all accommodating and lovely!! I had a soya flat white and it was delicious (with a lovely pattern on the top which added to the experience). The cafe was being cleaned regularly.

Gave my Vegan partner normal milk cream on her hot chocolate. She's been ill for 2 days now.Definitely going to avoid.
