Bought a tobacco product at the till couple days back and returned to buy it again as it's not widely available. Got told they don't have it. I insisted so the employee called someone else who also said they don't have it. It took me a lot of effort to convince the staff to check it better and it appeared they had a lots of mentioned product. I know that it's easier for the staff to say "we don't have it" when asked if they do but come on, does it really take so much to check? I needed to put a lot of energy into buying an already overpriced thing... Like if they did not want to sell anything.. Why have a shop in the first place?

I was there on 06/07/23 around 23.50. the staff in, two people a male and a lady. He asked me when I came in if I would like to play on buttons ( !?!?!?) After , again he comes after me walking in the shop area if I like to play jeegy-jeegy maybe... This kind of behaviour is inappropriate, disgusting, libidinous and disrespectful with customers. Outrageous....

Overpriced rubbish bought 2 bacon sarnies for journey and the bacon was basically raw, £3.50 each or 2 for 4 pounds eh what a con that is.If you get other food and put in a bag, they will open it to see what you have while breathing all over it, like covid wasn't bad enough without people looking over your food breathing on it.

Just stopped to use the ladies and what a disgusting encounter I had. Most cubicles didn't have toilet roll, it absolutely stunk in there and it didn't look like those toilets had seen a loo brush in a while. I did bring it to the attention of the cashier who I might add didn't even register that I was speaking to him let alone apologise about the cleanliness of said toilets. I would not want to be a mother taking my young children into those facilities. And if that's what the ladies was like I dread to think what the men's looks like.
